About Us

David Abbott and Partners was formed in 1989 to provide Executive Recruitment services, primarily to the Technology, Media and Business Services sectors. Based in Marlow, we find people for jobs (rather than the other way round).

We believe success in recruitment requires knowledge of a client’s market and an understanding of the position to be filled underpinned by a methodical, thorough set of processes.

Recruitment is not a complicated business, but many recruitment consultants fail because they assume that as its not complicated, it must be easy!
